These lessons are perfect for parents with infants who are trying to expose their children to an aquatic environment. There are many benefits to exposing your child to water at an early age. This will build their comfort in the water for later lessons, help give them the ability to hold their breath when submerged and provide opportunities for parents to learn about water safety.
